My name is Seth Swihart, and I started Arrowhead Contracting with a clear goal—to provide reliable, high-quality construction services backed by real experience, accountability, and hands-on leadership.
I am a fully licensed and insured builder in the State of Michigan, allowing me to responsibly manage and complete a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects. Arrowhead Contracting was built on a strong understanding of construction from the ground up, with a focus on doing work the right way, maintaining safe job sites, and delivering consistent results.
Before founding Arrowhead Contracting, I gained extensive experience working in the construction industry, managing projects from planning through completion while also performing hands-on work in the field. That background allows me to approach every project with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how quality work should be executed.
