Our Story
Seth Swihart has been around construction since he was 13, helping on job sites for his dad's roofing company. By 16 he was doing finish and rough carpentry during high school summers, and at 18 and 19 he spent his summers home from school working as an ironworker. After graduating from Michigan State in 2021, Seth worked as a project engineer, then a superintendent, and then an assistant project manager, where he spent a lot of time around underground crews and learned every moving part of a job. He also earned his builder's license along the way. When the company he was working for announced it was closing, Seth saw it as the right time to start Arrowhead Contracting. Today the company focuses on excavation and demolition, along with concrete, site work, retaining walls, and land clearing. Seth loves being outdoors, and he brings that same energy to every job.
